INGREDIENTS:
1/2 pineapple, peeled and cored
2 mangoes, peeled, halved and de-seeded
1 dragon fruit, peeled
2 kiwi fruit, peeled
12 lychees, filled and de-stoned
1/4 watermelon (seedless)
12 kaffir lime leaves, washed
6 lemon grass sticks, outer leaves removed
PREPARATION METHOD:
1. Cut the fruits into rough shapes.
2. Thread the fruits through the lemon grass alternating every third fruit with a lime leaf.
3. Chill until required or place on a BBQ or grill and cook for 2 minutes on either side.
4. Serve hot or cold.
